You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we've already processed and packed it, so cancellation isn't possible — sorry.
To cancel within the window: email hello@cockroachsena.com with subject "CANCEL #<order ID>". Refund processed within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.
When refunds are approved (e.g., 24-hour cancellations, undeliverable address, lost in transit), Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method:
