Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
India-wide. Every state, every union territory, every pincode that Shiprocket services. International shipping is not currently available.
2. Delivery timeline
- Order placed: You receive instant order confirmation email
- Days 1–2: Order processed, packed, and dispatched via Shiprocket
- Days 3–10: Courier delivery to your address
Total estimated time: 7–10 working days from order to delivery. We send tracking links as soon as the order ships.
3. Shipping cost
- Orders below ₹999: ₹79 flat shipping anywhere in India
- Orders ₹999 and above: FREE shipping
- Shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before payment — no hidden fees
4. Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships:
- You receive an email with a Shiprocket tracking link
- Click the link to see live courier status (courier name, expected delivery date, current location)
- Most couriers send you SMS updates too — make sure the phone you provided at checkout is correct
5. Delivery time after dispatch
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 working days from dispatch
- Tier 2 cities: 3–6 working days
- Tier 3 / remote pincodes: 5–8 working days
- Northeast states & J&K: 6–10 working days
6. Couriers we use
Shiprocket automatically selects the best-rated courier for your pincode from their partner network (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, India Post, and others). You'll see the courier name in your tracking link.
7. Payment methods
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM)
- Debit / Credit cards (all major issuers via Razorpay)
- Net banking (50+ Indian banks)
- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Not currently available.
8. Wrong / incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the courier returns the package due to an incorrect address you provided:
- We contact you on the phone/email provided
- Re-shipment to a corrected address: ₹79 additional charge
- Refund option: see Refund Policy
9. Missed deliveries
Most couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the package returns to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (same charge as section 8 applies).
10. Damaged in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it immediately and email hello@cockroachsena.com within 7 days. We replace at no extra cost. See Refund Policy for full details.
