These terms govern your use of cockroachsena.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
"Cockroach Sena" (we / us / our) is an independent supporter merchandise brand operated as a sole proprietorship by Cockroach Sena, based in Nizamabad, Telangana, India. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), Abhijeet Dipke, or any registered political party.
All items in Drop 001 ship in 7–10 working days:
You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to place an order. Shipping is available to all states in India. International shipping is not currently available.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Razorpay via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store any payment credentials on our servers.
Shipping fee: ₹79 standard. FREE on orders above ₹999. Discount codes (e.g. SENA10) apply at checkout where valid.
Upon successful payment, you'll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes. If you don't, please check your spam folder or email hello@cockroachsena.com.

We do our best to display products accurately on the website. Colors may vary slightly between screen and printed garment due to monitor calibration and printing process. Slight variations in print placement (±1cm) are normal.
All designs, slogans, photography, logos, and content on this site are the property of Cockroach Sena unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs without prior written permission. Phrases that are commentary or in the public domain (e.g. quotes from public figures) are used under fair-use principles.
Cockroach Sena is a parody/commentary brand and does not claim any rights to "Cockroach Janta Party" (CJP) name, which is the property of its respective owners.
By tagging us in social media posts featuring our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost your content on our channels with credit.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, government restrictions, courier strikes, raw material shortages, or comparable events. We will keep you informed via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nizamabad, India.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated by email.
